  • You are responsible for setting up, structuring, and implementing strategic projects within the realm of HR.
  • Development of strategic and organizational concepts together with other colleagues e.g. business process analysts, business stakeholders and other functions like HR, IT, legal.
  • Leverage data and target group insights to craft all efforts to create business impact.
  • Preparing presentations and decision documents for senior management and act as trusted advisor.
  • Supporting the planning of goals and key deliverables in your team (OKRs).
  • Working together with the professional leaders to create and execute plans, gameplans and journeys.
  • Collaborating closely with internal communication to ensure our global partners and stakeholders are well informed and engaged.
  • Planning and executing project tasks with high efficiency.
  • Ensuring visibility of project progress, flag risks and support their mitigation and ensure key stakeholders are identified and managed throughout.
  • Managing work successfully and efficiently.
  • Close collaboration and exchange with relevant HR stakeholders in German HQ, to support the implementation of the global HR strategy as well as global and local initiatives.
  • Supporting team communication including calendar and roadmaps creation and tracking, meeting planning, facilitation and HR internal communication.
  • Following relevant trends in the area of HR.

 

  • If you have a proven track record of strategic/conceptual thinking and project management, preferably gained in an established global environment, this might be the right opportunity for you.
  • You have a university degree combined with adequate professional experience or comparable knowledge and skills in fields of corporate HR.
  • You bring a professional experience in management consulting and strategy development or similar.
  • You have several years of professional experience in the conception and implementation of HR  measures in a corporate or consultancy company.
  • You have already successfully developed and implemented strategic concepts in complex, agile environments and on a multinational scale.
  • You have a sound understanding of the field of HR, relevant solutions, concepts, and trends.
  • You possess strong data-driven problem solving and communication skills, business sense, results-orientation.
  • You have experiences in flexorg, agile way of working
  • You have proven your ability to collaborate within diverse teams, including in virtual settings, and to manage stakeholders at all levels in a global matrix organization.
  • You are proficient in written and spoken English (C1), German is a plus
  • Good project management skills and ability to deliver a project or initiative from concept to implementation.
  • Commercial awareness, customer focus, a basic understanding of business its value chain and key processes; Shows understanding of the overall business strategy and the relevance for own remit.
  • A strong team player and able to build valuable stakeholder relationships
  • Customer-oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
  • Mature, well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills
  • Brings in new ideas and demonstratable commitment to continuous improvement and change.
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills especially when interacting with different functions and stakeholders of varying levels of seniority.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with different international cultures.
