As a Consultant, you will collaborate closely with a Principal Consultant or Engagement Manager and other Consultants to assist Fortune 500 companies and mature startups thrive in the Digital Economy.
💪 What will your day to day look like?
Due to our lean structure, you will work closely with a REBORRN Principal Consultant or an Engagement Manager, playing an active role in every aspect of client engagement. A significant part of your role will be developing and executing marketing/ CX strategies for large clients, focusing on customer journey optimisation, marketing performance, and data-driven decision-making.
Some specific work examples include:
Conducting stakeholder interviews to gather critical project information and understand the challenge at hand.
Facilitating physical or virtual workshops with the aim of aligning teams towards a common goal or helping them break new ground in their field.
Visualising complex customer journeys with the goal of improving the customer experience of a product/service.
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead nurturing, and customer acquisition.
Providing recommendations on reducing churn and early-late user abandonment.
Auditing and improving performance across different aspects of a client’s marketing funnel
Doing academic research and synthesising findings into comprehensive documents or presentations including data collection and management for large clients across various countries both within and outside the EU.
Developing and presenting detailed reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders, outlining potential solutions and their expected impact.

👨💻 REBORRN’s Working Model
We operate on a hybrid work model and stimulate effective collaboration by meeting up in our offices at least twice a week. If you’re not based in Athens, you’ll join all-hands meetings in person once a month. In this role, you will be expected to travel several times a year for client engagements that require your physical presence.
