We are seeking a talented and professional Consultant (Change Management Skillset) to join our team.    

     

Responsibilities:    

  • Partner with project teams to define change management strategy and rollout plans, pulling from various change frameworks to develop an approach that sustains change in the unique client environment.
  • Collaborate across diverse functions, engaging with stakeholders at all levels to drive a culture of change that prioritizes increased adoption and minimizes resistance.
  • Utilize structured methodologies and tools to create stakeholder engagement, communications, and learning strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities to foster change adoption.
  • Incorporate project management principles to sculpt each engagement uniquely to meet and exceed our client's specific needs and deliver results.
  • Create detailed business cases with actionable recommendations based on thorough analysis of change readiness, culture, and potential barriers to change.
  • Gather user and stakeholder feedback regarding new systems and processes and delivering that information to the project team.
  • Establish efficient communication processes, including preparation, utilization of channels, review, and distribution mechanisms.
  • Advocate for and implement activities that promote user education and adoption of new services and technologies.
  • Formulate and execute the program's training/learning initiatives.
  • Evaluate success through Customer Experience and Satisfaction metrics.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the client’s organizational dynamics and their impact on the engagement.
  • Establish clear objectives on tasks and project outcomes with minimal client direction.
  • Build rapport and adapt to a variety of stakeholder groups.
  • Remain committed to successful delivery to the client on every engagement (success metrics involve deliverables met, client satisfaction, future project recommendations/extensions and collaboration).
  • Prioritize operational excellence by meeting or exceeding all utilization goals.
  • Contribute to evolv’s culture and personal development through collaborating well internally, displaying our core values, participating in internal initiatives (events/groups), and/or obtaining new certifications approved by leader.
  • Help grow evolv by providing team member/client referrals and connecting with our internal network.
  • Other duties as assigned.

     

Requirements:    

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field from an accredited Institution, along with five (5) years of relevant work experience.
  • At least five (5) years of recent experience in organizational change management, with a focus on delivering face-to-face communications and leading enterprise-level process improvement projects within IT environments.
  • Solid project management skills, including proficiency with tools like MS Project, and a comprehensive understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated resilience in navigating ambiguous situations, with strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills, emphasizing a client-service and teamwork-oriented approach.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong initiative.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and mediation techniques.
  • Demonstrated skills in facilitation and team-building exercises.
