IFS Academy is on the lookout for a dynamic and open-minded individual to join us as a Functional Trainer and Consultant Business Applications (Regular/Senior/Lead/Senior Lead/Principal Levels) in the Supply Chain Management functional area.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering functional training courses at IFS. As a member of the IFS Academy functional training team, you will be working closely with colleagues from all over the world, sharing your knowledge, while further developing your skills as a Consultant Business Applications and a Functional Trainer.
- Working with cutting-edge industry solutions together with colleagues in the IFS Academy Functional Training team and consultants across the organization.
- Designing, developing and delivering functional training courses to functional consultants of the IFS Community (IFS Internals, Partners, and Customer).
- Conduct training using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including classroom-based learning and virtual learning.
- Contribute to self-paced, microlearning training as a subject matter expert in the Projects business domain process & functionality.
- Evaluating and improving training courses and content.
- Maintaining a very good understanding of the continuously evolving IFS products, industry solutions and its functionality.
- Keeping up-to-date on the business domain’s emerging industry concepts and practices.
- A good understanding of the Supply Chain Management business domain process & functionality and its related industry solutions.
- A degree in the Supply Chain Management or Logistics business domain and/or related professional qualifications together with 1-3 years of work experience.
- Previous experience with IFS Product and Solutions, as a Consultant Business Applications, Consultant or Product Specialist will be a strong advantage.
- A passion for training and knowledge sharing. Previous experience as a trainer or lecturer will be an advantage.
- Excellent command of English and good communication skills.
- Ability to understand, summarize and present information in a clear and concise manner.
- Service-minded and organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to learn new concepts quickly and work on your own initiative.
- Certification from IFS Academy is viewed as an additional benefit.
- Holding the title of an IFS Academy Certified Trainer will be seen as an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel on assignments overseas.
