We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize construction projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor construction progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Manage project risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the construction process

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in the IT industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
