We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager to join our Construction Team as a Project Manager. We are looking for a hardworking and ambitious individual to join our dynamic team managing construction projects for one of the most valuable and iconic brands in the world.
With the support and guidance of a Senior Project Manager you will have an instrumental role in helping the team to deliver Convenience of the Future to our restaurants . Convenience of the Future will improve both the customer and crew experience in our 1500+ restaurants.
What will my accountabilities be?

What Team will I be part of?
You will be a part of the Construction Department and more specifically the Reinvestment Team which is responsible for undertaking refurbishment and improvement projects of existing leasehold and freehold properties on both company owned and franchised restaurants. The property portfolio consists of both modular and traditionally constructed drive-thru and high street restaurants. The Reinvestment Team has
an extensive programme of works to introduce Convenience of the Future to every restaurant in the estate.
Who are my customers?
• You will build relationships with Franchisees and their management team to scope requirements for projects.
• Ensure that the customer experience is at the forefront of every decision
• Coordinate design teams and retain communication with Quantity Surveyors to agree project costs and report accordingly.
• Maintain communication with partners throughout the project process and liaise with both
external and internal bodies to obtain appropriate consents.
