  • Manage water and waste systems in multi-family housing properties.
  • Cultivate subcontractor relationships, ensure competitive pricing, and expand reliable partnerships.
  • Share expertise and best practices with property teams effectively.
  • Be successful in project delivery and management in dynamic environments.
  • Ensure department heads are fully briefed on production objectives and hold them accountable for results.
  • Conduct regular meetings with department heads to clarify priorities and ensure coordination.
  • Analyze community infrastructure to plan repair or replacement based on lifespan and costs.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of infrastructure and develop 3-5-year aging infrastructure and capital project schedules.
  • Collaborate with Community Managers and field teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious completion of projects, including lender-required repairs, while coordinating repair scopes, schedules, inspections, and maintenance.
  • Assist the field teams in executing capital projects, preparing detailed reports on their status and completion, and identifying future projects to establish capital budgets.
  • Develop and uphold quality standards for project workmanship.

For the Construction Project Manager position, we require you to have ...      

  • 3+ years of infrastructure management (water/waste utility systems)
  • 4+ years of construction project management for multi-family housing/properties
  • a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering OR equivalent previous experience in a related field, with a completed high school diploma/GED
  • legally operate a motor vehicle with a clear driving record

Your working conditions as the Construction Project Manager will be ...      

  • 25% of work is remotely from an at home or at a property office, 75% of work is in the field at the properties.
  • Will be very active while completing property visits - walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Travel up to 75% within the United States - by both automobile and airplane
  • 24/7 availability to assist the team if necessary, when managing a project
  • You may be exposed to hazardous conditions when conducting field work and may work varying hours as needed.

  • have safety certifications/training such as (Confined Spaces, OSHA 30, OSHA 10, First Aid etc.)
  • a Certificate in Construction Management (CCM) OR Certification in Project Management (such as PMP)
  • have multi-family housing (specifically mobile home industry) experience

You'll be tasked with establishing and maintaining standards of workmanship, assisting field teams in project execution, and preparing detailed reports on project status. Additionally, your responsibilities include being innovative, tracking project progress, developing long-term project schedules, identifying future project needs, and coordinating with lenders for required repairs. Collaboration with field teams and community managers will be essential for achieving project goals within budget constraints.
