Construction Project Manager

The role of the Construction Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors ensuring project delivery according to plan. The Construction Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Review and understand project plans and job requirements for equipment, materials, and installation.
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop full scale project plans in collaboration with senior management, stakeholders, clients including contract compliance.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, troubleshoot problem areas, and devise contingency plans.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Draft and submit budget proposals, recommend, and communicate subsequent budget changes to all stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team and stakeholders.
- Lead project post reviews and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA and company safety policies
