SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide a high level of customer service in accordance with the Skyservice philosophy;
- Facilitate efficient and courteous arrivals and departures of customers; including operating the company’s vehicle(s) in a safe manner at all times;
- Maintain effective communication and coordination between customers, customer service representatives, lineservice and colleagues;
- Greeting and assisting flight crews with catering, limo/shuttle arrangements, and other ground support items;
- Assisting passengers with baggage and valet vehicles;
- Assist with answering phone lines when required;
- Provide feedback to the Customer Service Manager/Supervisor regarding service issues or customer concerns;
- Performing courtesy van runs to terminal and hotels as required;
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- A minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a discerning customer service environment, preferably in aviation;
- Must have a valid G driver’s license;
- Available to work on different shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays;
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to consistently provide a positive attitude;
- Completion of secondary school or equivalent is required.
