Overview:

Grabango is seeking an Engineering Manager to join our Computer Vision Team. You will work cross functionally with groups across the organization from research to product development. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the development and design of deep learning models for object tracking.
• Build/lead a team to solve tracking and participate in taking production.
• Hands-on with coding and model development. 
• Turn research papers into implementations.

What you should have:

• 5+ years of professional experience in the computer vision field.
• 2+ years of people management experience 
• 2+ years of production-level development experience with Python and C++
• Experience designing and training deep learning models for computer vision applications including object detection/tracking.
• Experience in traditional and deep feature extraction, SOT/MOT, DNN/RNN/Transformer architectures. 
• Experience in dataset curation, validation and interfacing with external label house. 
• Experience with PyTorch/Tensorflow/OpenCV etc.
• Experience in applied research focused towards product.
• Leadership and interpersonal communication experience.
• Technical leadership abilities.

Education & Certifications:

• Bonus: PhD in computer vision or Masters in computer vision with equivalent work experience
• MS/BS degree in Engineering

Salary range: $100,000 - $190,000.00
