Keystone Powdered Metal Company, a Sumitomo Electric Group company, is looking for a full-time Computer Systems Specialist/Network Administrator who will be working in our St. Marys, PA location. This person will report to the Director of Information Technology.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Evaluation and recommendation of hardware, software, and networking products and configurations for the enterprise
· Implementation and maintenance of systems
· Provide documentation of newly implemented systems and procedures as needed
· Assist/train less experienced MIS personnel
· Coordinates special projects as assigned
· Installation / management of network components wired and wireless
· Maintain documentation / mapping of said networking equipment
· Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service
· Develop training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or software
· Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
· 2 years’ experience
Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, competencies and location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation and benefits package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
