*Eligibility: Open to level 1, 2 or 3 compounders with at least 2 years of compounding experience. Must also demonstrate that they have been flexible in supporting other rooms or areas of the business other than their home department or manufacturing in the past 2 years as a compounder. Submit a letter of interest with the intention of committing to the master compounding program
The Role: Compounder
Availability: Full-time with an ability to work mornings, afternoons, and occasional overtime, holidays and weekends.
The Compounder position is to be able to accurately and efficiently create product mixes used in creating finished goods of Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetic products. The creation of these products is based on the Compounder following approved recipes and processes. Key responsibilities include the inspection and processing of all raw materials, following predefined production batch processes to create finished goods that meet all product specifications and quality requirements.
