Your role at Hostinger
Compliance specialist in the Compliance team. As part of Hostinger's Compliance team, you'll be responsible for resolving daily requests related to Compliance cases in relation to the digital service provision and monitoring internal policies, procedures, and operations to ensure compliance with regulations and policies. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the fraud prevention team.

Your skills and experience

  • At least 1 year of work experience in Compliance, Abuse, Fraud, Risk management, or Legal area in a comparable position (a must).
  • Native written, and spoken proficiency in Lithuanian, and based in Lithuania (a must).
  • C1 written, and spoken proficiency in English (a must).
  • Knowledge of resolving more complex situations and de-escalation.
  • Detail-oriented and positive personality with an innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent ability to work with no supervision while remaining a team player.
  • A degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics (would be an advantage).

Your day-to-day

  • Resolve daily requests related to Compliance cases in relation to the digital service provision. 
  • Monitor internal policies, procedures, and operations to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Investigate reports of abuse, fraud or non-compliance from law enforcement authorities with a view to implementing prevention processes. 
  • Maintain thorough documentation of compliance, fraud and abuse prevention-related procedures.
  • Collaborate with Legal & Customer Success, and other teams to address compliance issues effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to ensure the highest standards of the processes. 

Salary

  • Gross salary from €1,800 to €2,500 per month (depending on your experience).
