This role is required to lead, coordinate and deliver work for a range of client contracts including brand compliance audit, analysis and tagging, and bespoke data capture. The role operates as part of the Ad Check leadership team and is responsible for supporting the team with set-up of new client projects and administrative/other duties as required.
Key areas of responsibility
- Client facing
- Develop good working relationships with brand compliance clients and act as main point of contact for day-to-day issues and audit queries.
- Attend regular review meetings with clients to discuss audit findings.
- Proactively work with clients to identify issues and propose solutions to problems. Develop, plan and deliver training to clients on Nielsen systems as required.
- Attend conference calls and provide support as required to facilitate set-up of new brand compliance projects.
- Work in conjunction with Client Services/Commercial team colleagues to fulfil client requests.
- Service delivery
- Take the lead on compliance auditing projects: plan, schedule and perform audits, delegate tasks to process content and perform quality checks.
- Develop a detailed understanding of multiple client marketing requirements and guidelines (e.g. the Mars Marketing Code), and how to apply them to client advertising.
- Demonstrate understanding and up-to-date knowledge of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion themes in order to assess client advertising for DE&I.
- Use judgement to assess areas of nuance in client advertising and provide detailed justification for assessment.
- Fulfil client requirements that are not supported by the standard Ad Intel product, by performing bespoke data capture and classification, including use of Photoshop tools.
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of internal systems such as CSS, Branding, Creative Capture, Data Loading and Portfolio in order to deliver audits.
- Have an understanding of Ad Intel Monitoring and Branding methodology in order to assign brands and descriptions to audited content.
- Produce Excel and PowerPoint reports for clients according to a pre-agreed format.
- Complete all work in an accurate and timely manner, in line with Service Level Agreements.
- Maintain procedural and methodology documents to support operations.
- Provide data and updates to the management team as required.
- Relationships
- Develop a good working relationship with other teams within the business, including the Data Standards, IT, Client Services and Commercial teams in order to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Act as escalation point for technical issues, working with IT and Service Desk to resolve problems.
- Provide cover for Manager, Team Leader and Tech Grade colleagues when required.

- Desirable: Good keyboard skills, competent in G-Suite, Acrobat and Microsoft Office.
Qualification
- Essential: Educated to A-Level standard with the equivalent of GCSE standard Maths and English.Languages – Fluent in written and spoken in the required language as per the job description.
- Desirable: Higher qualification/degree.
