Compliance Products Analyst Costa Rica

The Compliance Specialist Products Analyst will be responsible for analysing our live casino and RNG products and their gambling features against the various technical requirements within the Latin America markets, supporting Product Development teams and external testing houses regarding products compliance matters. With your solid understanding of product compliance, you will be the main point of contact to coordinate product rekated projects between compliance teams and other internal departments.
 

  • Analyze and investigate online Live and RNG games and their gambling features to ensure that products are compliant for all LatAm markets where Evolution already operates and plans to operate the coming years ahead and assist with developing solutions for these markets.
  •  Maintain knowledge and assist in keeping up to date an accurate repository of product regulatory requirements.
  •  Maintain internal product analysis procedures and processes.
  •  Develop product analysis project plans, schedule and coordinate activities among involved teams with support of understanding the product requirements.
  • Support the internal teams regarding product compliance queries and incidents’ resolution.
  • Organize product compliance trainings as needed.
  •  Assist with other ad-hoc product compliance-related matters when required.
  • At least one year of experience in the gaming industry with knowledge of online gambling products compliance, certification or games testing;
  • Technical knowledge and experience to work comfortable with systems worflow along other analysts and developers;
  •  Experience in the IT industry will be considered as an advantage;
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, efficient networker, and collaborative team player, attention to detail and problem-solving mindset;
  • Experience in communicating with people at all levels as an expert as well as excellence in stakeholder management with a high level of integrity;
  • Experience in project management; develop project plans, track progress, prepare reports and manage expectations;
  • Commercial mindset and business acumen;
  • Adaptable and agile, can work in a fast-paced environment and respond and re-prioritize quickly when internal or external changes demand;
  •  Secondary education or professional experience relevant to the job;
  •  Good level of computer skills and experience in spreadsheets.
