What you will be doing
As a Compliance Product Manager, you are responsible for building compliance features from scratch for the entire crypto exchange.
Owning the vision and roadmap of every aspect of compliance related, such as KYC, KYB, KYT, AML, transaction monitoring, and compliance reporting.
Learning and updating the trend of compliance, regulation, and legal base locally and globally.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written): convey complex messages clearly and simply, and drive conviction across stakeholders.
Initiating, prioritizing, and managing projects to implement the changes of compliance.
Monitoring and improving compliance success rate based on data-driven analysis.
Supporting marketing expansion for new countries from a compliance perspective.

Conducting compliance, regulatory, and legal research across multiple target markets and arranging sharing sessions every month.
Communicating with the compliance team and leadership team to keep the latest compliance in check on a regular basis.
Creating PRD (product requirement documents) for new compliance projects regularly.
