Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Compliance Product Manager to define and lead the strategy and roadmap for our compliance infrastructure. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed the global compliance standards and customer expectations in regulated industries. You will act as the bridge between our customers' feedback and our product engineering teams, ensuring that our solutions are both compliant and customer-centric.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Define and manage the global compliance product roadmap and vision, ensuring alignment with customer needs and regulatory requirements.
Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the user in product and API designs, actively gathering and incorporating direct customer feedback.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, risk management, legal, and security teams to develop innovative, compliant product solutions.
Regulatory Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest regulations, industry standards, and business risks, incorporating this knowledge into product development and compliance strategies.
Risk Management: Identify and assess compliance risks, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.
Policy and Training: Develop and update compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines, while also leading training and education initiatives for employees and stakeholders.
Audit and Documentation: Conduct internal audits and maintain comprehensive documentation to demonstrate ongoing compliance efforts.

Qualifications:

Proven experience at least 4 years in product management, specifically in compliance or a closely related field within a SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of global compliance frameworks (e.g.,ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI/DSS, and SOC II) and their application to software products.
Have strong communication skills, with clear verbal communication as well as explicit and mindful written communication skills.
