Perform thorough Customer Due Diligence (CDD) on prospects to assess and mitigate potential risks
Conduct ongoing CDD on current customers to ensure continued compliance with regulations
Monitor and assess the company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to CDD
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent CDD compliance efforts
Preparation of internal training material on compliance-related topics
Work closely with the Head of Compliance, MLRO and with members of the local and global compliance team and other internal functions, to ensure that processes, system and controls are in place and reflect applicable Group and local regulatory requirements
Assist with regulatory audits and inspections
Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience in a compliance or regulatory role, with a specific focus on customer due diligence
Familiarity with CDD regulations and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
