About us:

Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.

  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit compliance reports to executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and the Compliance Committee as required. Maintain accurate and organized compliance documentation.
  • Privacy and Confidentiality: Partner with Legal to ensure that patient privacy and confidentiality standards, including HIPAA, are upheld in all aspects of operations, including electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Medical Records: Partner with Grow’s medical record function to ensure compliance with timely record releases, tracking of disclosures, and annual HHS reporting as indicated.
  • Incident Response: Oversee and manage Grow's response to compliance violations or incidents, including investigating allegations and implementing corrective actions, partnering with Legal where appropriate.
