As the Associated-Director in the Compliance department, you will be in charge of the review team. Reporting directly to the Vice-Director, you will be in charge of the supervision of the operational activities and the people management in accordance with your senior management.

Team Management:

Leading and supporting a team :

Hiring:
- Leading the recruitment process with your Talent Acquisition Partner
- Ensuring new hires are properly introduced to the team, the organization, its culture, policies, and their specific roles.

Performance Management: Setting performance expectations, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and addressing any performance issues.

Conducting under performance process with the help of your Senior Management and HR Partner.
Operations management:
- Preparing the scope of each review phase and distributing cases in line with team members’ availability and experience levels;
- Reviewing and approving team members’ review forms;
- Management of complex cases;
- Supervising team members’ communication with front-facing colleagues;
- Preparing quarterly management presentations on the results of ongoing reviews;
- Overseeing the follow-up and resolution of cases pending clarification with the front office;
- Actively contributing to continuous process improvement, including the drafting and editing of internal guidelines;
- Ensuring that the team’s mission is achieved and deadlines are met;
- Reportings to management;
- Recruiting, training and coaching team members.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance or in a similar position and minimum 2 years of experience as a team leader;
- Law degree and/or CAS in Compliance in Financial Services (formerly CAS in Compliance Management) are strong assets;
- Excellent knowledge in Swiss banking and financial laws, especially in anti-money laundering regulations;
- Leadership skills and strong interest in training and coaching;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with high workloads;
- Particular interest in discovering an online banking environment;
- Very good oral and written communication skills;
- Excellent command of English and French.
