About the role:
The Compliance Lead plays a key role in enhancing and overseeing Enova’s internal control frameworks. This individual works closely with first line (or business) teams to ensure that controls are robust, effective, and aligned with regulatory requirements, while also assessing and monitoring control performance, providing strategic recommendations, and leading training initiatives to upskill teams and stakeholders on preventative and detective controls.

The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
