Compliance Governance Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Compliance Governance Officer to align compliance initiatives with the company’s strategic goals. This role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance while reshaping how compliance is perceived. Key responsibilities include supporting compliance processes, managing due diligence processes, creating and updating policies, and delivering training programs. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure regulatory standards are met, contributing to overall business success

• Coordinate notifications and obtain prior approvals for changes within group companies;
• Maintain an up-to-date corporate documentation library to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies; 
• Coordinate the drafting and updating of corporate policies;
• Participate in international expansion licensing procedure for the corporate documentation part;
• Manage Due Diligence requests for third parties requests across all markets;
• Develop and deliver training programs for employees on compliance matters;
• Training across markets and per jurisdiction. 

What you'll bring

• Degree in Law/ Political Sciences.
• Relevant experience of 2+ years in gaming, or other heavily regulated industry.
• Project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail, proactive mindset, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for driving results through data-driven insights.
