Compliance Governance Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Compliance Governance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in aligning compliance initiatives with the broader strategic goals of the business. This position not only ensures regulatory compliance but also aims to transform the perception of compliance as a proactive and agile business partner. Through optimizing compliance processes and managing data, you will support multiple teams across various markets, ensuring operations remain compliant with regulatory standards while driving overall business success.

• Oversee the licensing renewal application process;
• Lead central company projects to ensure they meet scheduled launch dates;
• Manage and provide oversight to the Due Diligence team;
• Supervise the management and revision of Terms & Conditions (T&Cs);
• Oversee the development and delivery of training programs for employees on compliance matters;
• Manage the drafting and updating of corporate policies;
• Monitor the mapping of departmental processes and workflows for new product offerings;
• Coordinate corporate notifications and obtain prior approvals for changes within group companies.

What you'll bring

• Degree in Law/ Political Sciences
• 5+ years of relevant experience in gaming or other heavily regulated industries.
• Project management skills. Prince2/PMP certification is an asset.
• Proven experience in people management
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail, proactive mindset, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for driving results through data-driven insights.
