This position will perform a variety of administrative functions in support of LSA's Compliance, Contracting and Credentialing efforts.
Responsibilities
Assist with maintaining policies, procedures and training programs to meet client contractual compliance obligations
Handle the activation & deactivation of interpreters
Conduct documentation audits for interpreters in onboarding process
Track the status of agency audits & agreements
Maintain records and data and track/log necessary information
Assist with inquiries, audits and reviews and communicate with customers
General administrative, communication, document maintenance activities
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prepare and manipulate large Excel spreadsheets utilizing formulas
Must be resourceful in researching new regulations and updates
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize assignments
Excellent organizational skills with consistent attention to detail
Able to work independently and deal with critical time sensitive issues
