Complex Care Professionals are a community based, in home care provider for children and adults who require support to live independent lives. We work with a diverse mix of care packages many of which are complex and can require specialist support.
If you drive that’s great, but we are always happy to employ those that are happy travelling on public transport. Our hours are flexible, and we request a minimum of commitment of 16 hours per week and this can be on weekdays, evenings or weekends. Due to the complexity of many of the care packages we manage we like to hire people with experience in the social care sector. We do require you to be confident in sometimes working alone and alongside other team members.
The care and support we offer can range from peg feeding, medication, tracheotomy and oxygen support to the day to day supporting personal care such as showering and toileting and general wellbeing. All of our care is person centred and we often work alongside other health professionals and support the wider family unit with loved ones.
Requirements
We work in partnership with clinical commissioning groups and other organisations across the Northwest to ensure a high quality of care is consistently provided. We are fully able to respond and ensure robust discharge procedures are planned and responded to. We regularly work with people that are under a complex discharge from hospital to home, require home based end of life care and rapid response to prevent hospital admissions.
Our care and support workers, thrive in vocational roles and offer complete compassion and commitment to supporting our people. We are able to offer additional training so we can offer the complex specialisms.
