Some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Analysis of complaints and identify the root cause of the issue.
  • Support in maintaining the repository of the complaints filed before the police.
  • Tracking of police complaints and notices received by the company.
  • Prepare complaint summaries, reports, etc.
  • Draft the reports of complaints based on analysis.
  • Doing research work on applicable laws/RBI notifications, etc., related to our business.
  • Prepare a report or presentation related to research work for senior management review.

You’ll be a great fit if:

  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • You are pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
  • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and solve problems efficiently
  • You have excellent organizational and time management skills
  • You are capable of working independently as well as in a team
