Summary of role and objectives:

Provide operational leadership to the team of C&B/HR Controllers:

  • Preparation, process design, execution and analysis of Annual Performance Review process;
  • Resolving most complex queries and providing overall support to the Leadership before and during the Annual Performance Review Process;
  • Collecting & preparation of the Annual Review related data, documents and other reports;
  • Support the roll out of systems and other tools in order to support & automate the Annual Review Process;
  • Continuous improvement of Annual Review Process related documents, systems and tools;
  • Develop the HC&B/HR controlling team competencies and internal customer service capability;
  • Ad hoc duties and projects identified and assigned as per company needs.

Role and objectives:

  • Ensure C&B/HR Controlling business continuity by defining appropriate processes, documentation, work instruction back-up & knowledge sharing activities;
  • Execute the Annual Review Process; coordinate organizational, financial and compensation data validation while ensuring data integrity & quality and process efficiency;
  • Maintain all Reward process documentation and Senior Management personnel files;
  • Own Annual Review workflow systems for Key Employees & Leaders as well as other HR systems and tools in order to support & automate HR activities & reporting; 
  • Manage the user support via OTRS by the HR Controlling team on the Annual Review Process to end users.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics or Business with an excellent academic track record;
  • Able to complete quality analytical work on a timely basis with attention to detail;
  • At least 1,5 year experience in a Team Lead role;
  • At least 1 year experience in HR Desk support or ticketing environment, experience in working with ServiceNow is a plus;
  • Experience in internal HRIS management or in working with Workday/SAP Success is a plus;
  • Positive forward-looking mind-set with ability to anticipate needs, prioritize competing deadlines and take initiative;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player; ability to work independently;
  • Confident with handling confidential and sensitive information;
  • Strong work ethics and accountability to motivate the members of the Team;
  • Understanding of HR processes & systems,  Finance reporting and/or Compensation & Benefits;
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint;
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
