Compensation & Benefits HR Controller

We are seeking an enthusiastic Compensation and Benefits HR Controller Administrator to join our Global Compensation & Benefits team.

He/she will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient administration, and implementation of compensation and benefits programs within our organization for the key employees and leaders.

The successful candidate will work closely with the HR team, employees, and management to support the efficient and customer oriented annual review process.

The role is divided into 2 pillars:

1. Operational and business support to the annual review process;
2. Shared mailbox and ticketing system administration.

Main tasks related to the operational and business support to the annual review process:

• Act as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for Business Leaders on all aspects of the Annual Review Process;
• Gather, control and prepare data for uploads to the annual review process tool;
• Follow-up on assigned activities & report out on progress;
• First line troubleshooting;
• Prepare, print and archive related documents;
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative support (LTI support, preparing communications, …);
• Review training materials and organize training sessions/webinars.

Main tasks related to shared mailbox and ticketing system administration:

• Be co-responsible for shared mailbox and answer daily queries and tickets within pre-agreed timelines/quality standards;
• Assist employees and leaders to resolve the issues;
• Analyze repetitive issues, report out on findings and seek for long-term solutions;
• Manage the ticketing system, identify the different tickets, and log them.  Ensure the tickets are correctly categorized and prioritized;
• Follow up on ticket solving/completion and escalate to correct functional or hierarchical level;
• Monitor and review statistics, trends and reports to determine the effectiveness of the ticketing system; 
• Support team’s KPI/dashboard development and implementation.
