Compensation & Benefit Lead

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly payroll run report.
  • Resolve employees’ issues related to payroll matters.
  • Record employees’ additions and deductions.
  • Maintain Timesheets submission by assigning employees on projects, tracking their attendance, and reviewing their vacation balance.
  • Keep the employees’ bank details records updated.
  • Follow up with Finance team till the salaries are transferred.
  • Update records of new hires on the system.
  • Finalize employees’ end of service process and follow up with Finance team on calculation and payment.
  • Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals.
  • Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs.
  • Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data.
  • Ensure that compensation practices follow current laws and regulations.
  • For the medical insurance part you will be responsible for adding new employees to the medical insurance plan, removing employees from the plan when necessary (e.g. termination, change in eligibility) and update employee and dependent information as needed.
  • Create monthly reports summarizing plan utilization, costs, and any issues and provide these reports in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • Previous working experience as compensation and benefits lead for 7 years at least.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software.
  • Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and levels.
  • Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with labor legislation.
  • Detail Oriented.
  • Experience with employee satisfaction surveys.
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
  • Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
