Compendial Group Leader responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Supervise others in performing client’s service requirements
- Coach, train, and develop others within the group with respect to their personal development and effective implementation of operational improvements
- Foster motivation and morale
- Coordinate workflow and perform daily monitoring to meet TAT
- Prepare and review job plans, conduct semiannual performance reviews, interview applicants, keep training records up to date for assigned employees, perform succession planning in preparation for growth
- Coach and develop individuals and team to maximize performance
The ideal candidate would possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or other related degree concentration or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in a related major)
- •Analytical laboratory skills.
- •Experience with the following techniques: color, clarity, visual, pH, osmolality, density, concentration, solid state extraction, HIAC, Karl-Fisher.
- •Collaborative personality and acute attention to detail.
- •Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- •Good verbal communication, organization, presentation, and technical writing skills.
Position is Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm. Overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Indianapolis, IN are encouraged to apply.
