This role will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards within the industry.
Responsibilities
- Guarantees adherence to all relevant regulatory standards and corporate governance guidelines.
- Accurately records and maintains minutes of all board meetings and shareholder interactions.
- Offers comprehensive secretarial support to all organisational stakeholders.
- Oversees and coordinates all administrative functions within the organisation.
- Establishes and implements effective systems and processes for organisational management.
- Manages and administers all contractual agreements with suppliers and customers.
- Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate annual general meetings, board meetings, and other corporate events.
