WinnCompanies at Fort Wainwright, North Haven Communities, is searching for a dynamic Community Services Manager to join our agile military housing team at Fort Wainwright, AK.
The Community Services Manager is responsible for developing robust community services and resident events that ensure high-quality programming, education and enjoyment for residents. This position will work closely with the property management and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage or support reputation management program in partnership with Lendlease Marketing Manager and serve as liaison with Property Management, Maintenance and Leadership to resolve issues and draft appropriate review responses.
- Actively plan, coordinate, promote and facilitate the execution of community events. Incorporate lifestyle enrichment concepts and guidelines into community programs and cultivate partnerships with installation, military and community organizations to provide additional programs and activities. Maintain community services budget.
- Lead or assist the creation of resident communications (draft newsletters, mass emails and other resident focused communication). Support the development of resident education resources (survey, safety, sustainability, environmental, etc.).
- Adhere to company policies and procedures. Promote and practices incident-injury free (IIF) and sustainability. Attend trainings, workshops and meetings as position requires. Required at special events on nights and weekends.
- Support website and Facebook updates.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-3 years related work experience
- Current vehicle license in good standing and meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
