We’re looking for a Community Marketing Officer – someone who will be the heartbeat and spirit of our office! This vibrant role is all about creating an environment where employees feel inspired, connected, and excited to be part of our community. From organizing unforgettable team-building events to crafting engaging social media content, our Community Marketing Officer is a master at fostering positivity and building a strong, cohesive work family. In this role, you will

  • Organize and lead memorable team-building events and celebrations, building an annual calendar of events to keep the workplace lively and connected
  • Oversee budgets for events and engagement initiatives, ensuring effective allocation and management
  • Champion the company’s culture and values through creative internal initiatives and social media presence
  • Use basic design skills to produce visually appealing content for internal communications and social media
  • Partner with various teams to create and execute campaigns that highlight company culture, milestones, and employee achievements
  • Manage and grow company social media accounts, posting regular updates to engage both internal and external audiences
  • Ensure every employee feels recognized and connected to the community

What you will bring

  • Proven experience in organizing team-building activities and crafting an engaging yearly event plan
  • Ability to create and manage budgets for events and engagement initiatives effectively
  • Ability to maintain and enhance the company’s image and culture through thoughtful community initiatives
  • Basic proficiency in design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) to produce engaging visual content
  • Experience with managing social media accounts and creating posts that resonate with diverse audiences
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 3+ years in a community management or similar role focused on employee engagement and culture
