We're redefining how players navigate their digital world, truly rewarding them for their time and effort spent gaming and socializing.

We collaborate with some of the world's largest esports teams and gaming brands like Team Liquid, Ninjas In Pyjamas, Team BDS, and more to be announced soon.

After raising over $9M in community funding and successfully launching our XBG token, we're leveling up our team to build game-changing apps for millions of players and fans.

Sound exciting? We think so too! That's why we're on the hunt for a Community Manager to help us engage with our growing community.

What you will be doing

  • Keep our Discord lively by interacting with members and continuously improving our Discord gamification to make it fun and welcoming for newcomers.
  • Take over our Twitter account, working closely with our Head of Growth to manage the content calendar, help create content, and ensure high engagement by interacting with comments.
  • Plan and execute content programs, contests, and events that leverage our KOLs and various social platforms to expand our reach and impact.
  • Become the lord of memes, crafting memes that will make history within the XBorg community.

What we’re looking for

  • A first successful experience growing a Web3 community.
  • A Web3 native who knows the ins and outs of the crypto, NFT, and gaming industries.
  • Strong copywriting skills, from crafting the best X replies to creating high-quality Discord announcements.
  • Someone who has forward-looking perspective on emerging engagement mechanisms within crypto communities and can drive innovation.
