Job Title: Community Manager
Reports to: Facility Operations Manager
Job Overview:
The Community Manager will play a key role in building strong relationships between the tenant community, residents and Tradestars, and enhancing business development and retention. They will assist tenants with daily enquiries and studio enquiries including their logistics requirements, setting up logistics and operational processes, and handling goods in/out stations using technology-based booking systems. In addition to resolving tenant requests and issues, the Community Manager will address their needs while maintaining a high level of customer service and enhancing the community experience.
