Position Overview

As a Community Manager, you will play a vital role in creating a vibrant and engaging environment within our coworking space. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate with a demonstrated leadership background, particularly in university working groups, who are eager to dive into the startup ecosystem.

What you’ll be doing

  • Act as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Address member inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere within the coworking community.
  • Develop and execute strategies to build a strong and interconnected community within the coworking space.
  • Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and networking sessions to enhance member engagement.
  • Collaborate with the branch manager to implement community-focused initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential partners for collaboration.
  • Conduct cold calls and engage in relationship-building activities to expand our network.
  • Seek opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships to enhance our coworking ecosystem.
  • Manage the front desk, including handling walk-ins, providing tours, and managing inquiries.
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors to the coworking space.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to membership management and community outreach.
  • Maintain accurate records of member information and engagement activities.

Requirements

What we need from you

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in university working groups or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to community building.
  • Flexibility working 6 days per week
  • Flexibility working different shifts (Morning - Night) 
  • Flexibility working during weekends (not regularly, depending on events) 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and the coworking industry.
