WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Community Manager (Consumer)

Requirements
- Advanced English (Bilingual or Native)
- Experience in consumer accounts.
- Bachelor's degree: Communication, advertising, etc.
- Knowledge of social networks such as: Facebook, TIK TOK, Instagram
- Content development.
- Knowledge of Social Listening.

Activities
- Conversation with all types of audience.
- Use of Advertising Tools.
- Crisis Management.
- Follow-up of comments, interaction and performance reports
- Creativity and rallying ability.

Skills
Proactive
Teamwork
Communication
Good spelling and writing
Experience in customer service, service oriented and problem solving
Frustration tolerance
