Enhance customer engagement and monitor the value-added services of others providers and telecoms operators through strategic community management and digital interaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Competitive Monitoring & Analysis:
- Continuously monitor the activities of competing telecom operators, VAS providers, and digital content platforms.
- Analyze competitors product launches, promotions, and marketing strategies to identify industry trends and
opportunities.
- Track pricing changes, new service introductions, and customer feedback related to competitors’ offerings.
2. Community Engagement & Social Listening:
- Leverage social listening tools to gather insights on how competitors are engaging with customers and reacting to market
changes.
- Collect and report user feedback from social channels to inform strategic decisions on our own VAS products.
3. Content Creation & Strategy:
- Develop content that highlights our unique value propositions, differentiating our VAS products from competitors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to adjust content strategies based on market intelligence.
4. Reporting & Insights:
- Prepare regular reports on competitor activities, social media trends, and community engagement metrics.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to product and marketing teams to refine our strategies
Requirements
1. Degree of education : Licence / Master
2. 0-2 Years of experience
4. Occupied similar position in other company
5. Digital strategy, Market analysis, Ability to propose engaging ideas.
