About the Team
This is a team that needs no introduction because customers drive our world.  Support, Success & Consulting Services represent the voice of our customers and are a highly collaborative conduit between Sales, Tech, Product, and Marketing, ensuring the needs of our SME & Enterprise customers are understood and reflected across the business.

The opportunity
As the Community Leader, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing a social and community support strategy that uses professional partnerships and technology to reduce cost and drive customer advocacy. You'll be a natural collaborator and self-starter, looking for something to make your own in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities will include:
· Lead, develop and enable the team to provide the digital customer experience of the future.
· Foster a sense of belonging and community among members.
· Serve as a liaison between community members and organisational leadership.
· Advocate for the needs and interests of the community within the organisation
· Encourage collaboration, communication, and positive interactions among community members.
· Provide guidance, support, and resources to community members as needed.
· Promote inclusivity and diversity within the community.
· Monitor community engagement and gather feedback to improve
 
Experience Needed:
· Strong business acumen with SME's, specifically our Self Employed customers
· Knowledge of the Web, Community Forums and SEM fundamentals
· Providing accurate technical support to customers
· Solid understanding of software development and product strategy in a startup SaaS environment.
· Experience managing, moderating and driving online-based Communities and Social Media
· Excellent written and oral English communication skills. · Obsessed with the customer experience and genuinely empathize with both the customer and their end users.
