Guardiant Health offers virtual medical visits to individuals in the comfort and convenience of their home, or at their primary care providers office, with the primary goal and objective of providing best-in-class patient care, preventive health assessments and ensuring all required care is in place to ensure quality performance measures are being met. This work is vital in reducing avoidable hospitalizations, and decreasing unnecessary emergency department utilization.

About the role:
Guardant Health is looking for a seasoned Medical Director who cares about the health of patients and the community, and has a keen attention to detail that enables them to detect medical conditions and diagnose before conditions progress. In this exciting role, you will be joining a company that has the growth of our care model committed to promoting health equity and a goal of attaining this in one generation. Oversight duties as the Supervising MD, Clinicians (RN and Behavioral Health) and Paraprofessionals providing virtual and in-person, concierge care for patients.
The ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates empathy and compassion for patients and the work we do to help them safe and supported so they trust us with their care. Must have a team-based approach that values the insights and contributions of all members of our staff. As a member of an interdisciplinary care team, you will effectively collaborate with a supervising physician to deliver remote clinical services.
Base Salary: $250,000
Location: USA, Remote
Work model: Remote
Travel Requirements: 20-25% travel required to various locations in USA.
