Community and Influencer Manager

As a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer omnichannel brand (bricks and mortar, ecommerce, home delivery), we are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as the Community manager
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our Social and Influencer content and strategy to engage our audience, drive brand awareness, and support business objectives. You will be responsible for managing the creation, distribution, and optimization of content across all social media channels. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong project management skills to produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and drives measurable results.

This is an in-office role, Monday – Friday, based in Miami, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Strategy & Calendar 60% 
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive community content and influencer strategy aligned with business goals, target audience preferences, and brand voice, to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • Develop and evolve an influencer strategy with national and regional influencers. This includes sourcing, negotiating, briefing, execution and managing contracts
  • Work with field marketing, product and lines of business to ensure editorial calendar reflects business needs and marketing KPI (new product go-to-market, store openings, field events)
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule and alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Tailor content to different customer segments, personas, and touchpoints to deliver personalized and relevant experiences.
  • Manage content governance standards, including style guides, brand and editorial guidelines, to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Community management of social accounts:
    • Outbound engagement
    • Reviewing and responding to inbound engagement
    • Answer questions, working with Care & Product teams for issue resolution
Content Production 30%
  • Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content. This includes working with external vendors (makers and agencies) in the delivery of best-in-practice social media content (video, stills
  • Provide creative guidance to content creators, designers, and agencies to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, voice, and visual identity, while pushing creative boundaries and driving innovation.
  • Oversee the end-to-end content production process, including ideation, creation, editing, and publishing, ensuring content is delivered on time, on brand, and meets quality standards.
 
Reporting & Trend 10%
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, to evaluate the effectiveness of content initiatives and inform future content strategy.
    • 1 Weekly report + 1 period report (monthly)
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging content formats, and platform updates to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization in brand content strategy and execution.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, marketing or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 3-5 years of combined marketing, digital & social marketing and content marketing experience (ideally consumer packaged goods related)
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences and drives desired outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement in content creation and distribution.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint applications.
  • Strong knowledge and comfort for the nationwide US consumer outside of the South Florida area.
