Communications Trainee

Join the RELEX Communications Team as a Trainee! 

Are you passionate about communications and eager to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, international, dynamic and fast-paced environment? Look no further! RELEX Solutions is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Communications Trainee to join our team, preferably based in Helsinki, Finland. The position is full-time and fixed term from March until end of September, although there might be a chance to continue after the traineeship.  

This is a fantastic opportunity to dive into the world of external and internal communications, as well as employer branding, and make a real impact at our amazing growth company. 

What You'll Do 

Internal Communications: 

• Contribute to our internal communications efforts, including content production and publishing, including posts, articles and the monthly newsletter
• Master our different internal tools and channels including Slack, Teams, Outlook and Confluence (intranet)
• Organise and analyse internal communications data and help in development efforts
• Support teams across RELEX with their communication needs 

External Communications: 

• Craft compelling press releases and case studies
• Support customer marketing activities
• Learn our communications and project management tools like Asana, and Sprout Social 

Employer Brand: 

• Brainstorm and create engaging social media content, update and edit career sites, and participate in employer brand campaigns and content production

What We're Looking For 

• You’d preferably be based in Helsinki, Finland
• Some experience in corporate communications, journalism, or related fields
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently with excellent skills to manage your own work
• Ability to work smoothly as part of a team
