The mission for the role:
The communications manager for Spain will localise the entire Popsa experience for our Spanish customers. They will have a rich understanding of both the Spanish market and our target Spanish customers. They will work with our creative team to create compelling ad creative targeting our different Spanish audiences. They will work closely with both the acquisition and retention teams to create compelling communications to both new and existing customers. They will give our Spanish customers a truly local experience without losing sight of Popa’s brand identity and value proposition.
Your responsibilities
- Transcreation of all marketing assets into Spanish
- Create storyboards for digital Spanish adverts
- Create compelling messaging for Spanish customers across all marketing touchpoints
- Research Spanish audience segments
- Brief Spanish influencers who star in our adverts
- Work with our partnerships team to liaise with potential Spanish partners
- Support the content scaling for SEO and any keyword translating.
What you bring to the team

- Expert knowledge of the Spanish market and language
- Outstanding Spanish communication skills
- Nice to have
- Experience with hooks and scripts for high performing Spanish acquisition content
- SEO and blog content creation and planning
What success looks like in your first 6 months
- Review and upgrade all Spanish landing pages (10% uplift in visit to click conversion rate)
- Review and upgrade all Spanish app copy (10% uplift in conversion rate)
- Write storyboards for at least 3 new Spanish creative selling photobooks (at least one creative allows us to scale budgets by 25%)
- Review and upgrade all Spanish marketing emails (10% uplift in delivered to click conversion rate)
