The mission for the role:
The communications manager for Italy will localise the entire Popsa experience for our Italian customers. They will have a rich understanding of both the Italian market and our target Italian customers. They will work with our creative team to create compelling ad creative targeting our different Italian audiences. They will work closely with both the acquisition and retention teams to create compelling communications to both new and existing customers. They will give our Spanish customers a truly local experience without losing sight of Popa’s brand identity and value proposition.
Your responsibilities
- Transcreation of all marketing assets into Italian
- Create storyboards for digital Italian adverts
- Create compelling messaging for Italian customers across all marketing touchpoints
- Research Italian audience segments
- Brief Italian influencers who star in our adverts
- Work with our partnerships team to liaise with potential Italian partners
- Support the content scaling for SEO and any keyword translating.
What you bring to the team

- Expert knowledge of the Italian market and language
- Outstanding Italian communication skills

- Experience with hooks and scripts for high performing Italian acquisition content
- SEO and blog content creation and planning
What success looks like in your first 6 months
- Review and upgrade all Italian landing pages (10% uplift in visit to click conversion rate)
- Review and upgrade all Italian app copy (10% uplift in conversion rate)
- Write storyboards for at least 3 new Italian creative selling photobooks (at least one creative allows us to scale budgets by 25%)
- Review and upgrade all Italian marketing emails (10% uplift in delivered to click conversion rate)
