About the Role

As a Communications Associate at Dialectica, you will play a pivotal role in executing strategic internal and external communication initiatives to effectively position our employer value proposition internally and externally. This multifaceted role involves collaborating with internal and external teams, managing multiple projects at once, and coordinating various resources to deliver impactful messaging across diverse platforms. The role reports to the Global Head of Marketing and Communications.

Responsibilities

  • Support the entire spectrum of internal and external communication activities
  • Develop and implement communication strategies and programs that foster employee engagement, and a unified company culture.
  • Manage and distribute internal communications, including company-wide updates, newsletters, and other relevant content.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal events such as all hands meetings, offsites, ensuring key messages are effectively communicated.
  • Write, curate, and publish various types of content including emails, articles, and videos.
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives that showcase the company’s culture, values, and employer value proposition, positioning the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Professional Development teams to develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to effectively engage employees.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation within the country, including press releases, award submissions and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Assist with ESG initiatives and the development of the annual sustainability report.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related role.
  • Experience in professional services, consulting or similar environments would be an asset.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Growth mindset with a can-do attitude.
