Hi 👋🏼
We are Bïrch. Our product helps marketing teams launch, manage, and analyze ads and social media campaigns through automation and creative solutions. Recently, we rebranded from Revealbot to Bïrch, and we wrote about this transformation journey here.
We care about original, thoughtful design — both in how things look and what they say. That shows up across our website, blog, social media, and product updates. We’re not into templates or clichés. We’re at the start of a long, exciting journey to not just improve all this, but to shape it into something truly excellent. If you’re a designer who’s worked with Webflow (a must) and ideally also with Framer and enjoys making honest, simple, and bold work that resonates with people, we’d love to hear from you.
🌍 Who are we?
We’re a remote-first team of ≈35 friends spread around the world with an HQ in Barcelona. We’ve built one successful product and now transitioning to a broader vision. We hire globally and love meeting offline: last October we were in Barcelona, the year before in Istanbul. Here’s our team’s Instagram that can show you more of who we are. We are a spicy mix of different cultures and backgrounds.
✍🏼 What will you do?
You’ll work closely with Stas, our Head of Communication Design and in your first month, you’ll audit our Webflow setup and refine the workflow. Your main goal is to ensure our site loads smoothly on all devices without errors and looks nice on all breakpoints. Some of your day-to-day tasks might be:
- Designing long-form projects, like landing pages for new initiatives and products (e.g., upcoming Bïrch Studio). Stas will develop high-level concepts in Figma and your task will be to translate this concepts into a functional web solutions, gather feedback and implement revisions, continuously collecting and updating changes.
- Updating existing pages. You’ll work on refreshing both the content and the Webflow templates, improving template components.
- Designing blog posts with varying level of customisation at need. ****You’ll lay out pages with text and images, ensuring a clean, polished web design and consistent graphic elements.
- Handling social media tasks. This includes preparing product and team related posts for LinkedIn, Instagram and other social platforms, and simple videos in an ongoing workflow.
- Designing creatives for paid ads, visuals for the customer success team (Case Studies and emails), and devoting some time to work on “design debt”, e.g. keeping Firma uncluttered.
Requirements
🧑🎤 Who are you?
Your technical and design skills include:
- Work environment and tools. You primarily use Figma and Webflow, plus at least one motion tool (After Effects, Rive, Lottie, Spline or similar). Experience with Framer is preferred but optional.
- Technical design focus. You should be tech-savvy, understand how the web works, and know how to build properly in Webflow. Familiarity with HTML, CSS and architecture is important
- Strong typography skills. We will look for design portfolios with a solid grasp of typography — ensuring readable text and well-structured spacing.
- Basic animation proficiency. Being able to create simple animations — like a bouncing circle or square — are a plus. We often communicate new features visually, so being able to show transitions or transformations is highly beneficial.
Your approach to work includes:
- Ownership and responsibility. You’ll reorganize and refine structures, taking full ownership of your projects and hopefully enjoying the process of bringing order and coming up with ideas how else we can improve our web.
- Self-organization. You must be able to prioritize and manage tasks and deadlines on your own, as we don't do micromanagement or constant check-ins.
- Attention to detail. Every rounded corner, margin, and cropped element should be precise. A touch of perfectionism is welcome here.
- Speed and simplicity. You’ll often need to deliver quickly, creating MVP solutions that are straightforward yet effective. Being able to produce fast and simple results when needed is essential.

⛔️ Before you apply:
Let’s be honest — working with us isn’t all fun and pink unicorns (though it is a big part). Here are some potential challenges you’ll face:
- There’s a lot of technical clutter in our current Webflow setup, so you’ll need to roll up your sleeves and tackle duplicates and mismatched components in Webflow.
- You’ll be getting your hands dirty with manual tasks as we rely on you to resolve a host of technical issues and streamline our processes.
- You’ll have to handle feedback without taking it personally and be ready to adapt based on art direction of our Head of Communication Design.
If all of that is not an issue for you, we would be happy to receive your application 🫶
