We are looking for a motivated and skilled Commissary Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. In this role, you will assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes for our various outlets, ensuring consistency and quality across all food preparations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, strong attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Commissary Chef de Partie in the preparation and production of high-quality food items according to recipes and standards.
  • Prepare ingredients, including washing, cutting, and measuring, to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the commissary kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely food production.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering and receiving supplies as needed.
  • Support in the creation and implementation of standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Participate in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as required.
  • Assist with special projects and menu development as directed by the Head Chef.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • 3 years of previous experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a commissary or large-scale food production setting.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Fluency in Greek.
  • Basic culinary knowledge and skills, including knife skills and food preparation techniques
  • Commitment to food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
