Your main responsibilities
Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be responsible for all LATAM revenue optimisation and growth across affiliate marketing (gambling operators)
You will lead a team of regional Key Account Managers covering LATAM and be responsible for their day to day direction, strategy and prioritisation alongside associated commercial roadmap, including local events calendar, product and pricing
Ensure that we are always prioritising the right partners, from a conversion and revenue perspective, in each market
Negotiate the strongest possible commercials at all times
Secure long-term commercial security via Better Collective legal agreements, through close collaboration with our Legal team
Collaborate with Finance to ensure invoices are paid and support the debt collection process
Work closely with local stakeholders to optimise partner prioritisation and uncover new revenue opportunities
Identify new entrants to the market and work closely with the Business Development team to onboard, whilst maintaining commercial & contractual framework
Keep up to date with regulation, compliance and market trends
Provide the Commercial Director with business-critical insights, operator feedback and trends to help shape our business strategies
Monthly internal reporting on commercial KPI’s
QBR structure and delivery, along with in-person attendance for key partners
Industry and partner networking, representing Better Collective to further develop partner relations
Quarterly market-level sales forecasting
