What you’ll do
As a Commercial Team Graduate at Kpler, you will set upon 3 rotations within a 9 month period, where you will be exposed to and contribute to the Customer Success (CS), Marketing and Business Development (BD) teams. You will learn the importance of each of these functions within the commercial team of Kpler, and these will prepare you for landing in a role within the BD or CS teams at a successful end of the program. During the rotations you will be paired with senior members of the teams to ensure a strong progression.
Your missions will include:
- Learning about the Kpler product suite and the value that these different products generate for different clients
- Supporting the CS, Marketing and BD teams in their day to day workflows, gaining an understanding of their roles and the customer facing interactions.
- Participating in the preparation and delivery of client presentations and marketing content.
- Shadowing senior members of the teams to understand their best practices and approaches to the client facing roles.
- Adopting and maintaining the Kpler CRM and commercial team tools thoroughly, and assisting the teams in generating data to analyse from these tools.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.
