Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of Octopus Energy, Volvo Benelux, VW UK, Mercedes UK, Hyundai UK and other innovative brands.

Your role

We are looking for a Commercial Support Manager, you will play a key role in our growing Mobility team which will involve interfacing with senior managers and clients in the UK and internationally. You will assist in implementation of new systems and processes, and support the production of documents, reports, and presentations. Your duties will be wide ranging and therefore will need a highly organised individual to support the team.

Requirements

What we need from you:

 

  • Support the development and scaling of Ohme’s Mobility partnerships which include OEMs, Dealer Groups and Fleet and leasing intermediaries
  • Support the departments strategic expansion by improving our standards and processes
  • Manage the reporting, insight, and analysis for Mobility partner accounts
  • Preparing pitch decks for client meetings
  • Coordination and administration of activities to support the Commercial team and its partners
  • Researching and compiling reports and presentations
  • Produce and update Excel spread sheets, manage databases, and document management systems
  • Developing and delivering training on a one to one and group basis for internal and external clients, and maintaining a register of training needs and records
  • Dealing with enquiries from internal stakeholders, partners, and customers

 

Who you are:

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Background in Management Consultancy/Business Analyst would be ideal
